As far as technique goes, it looks very good to me. I'll be the first to admit I'm not the biggest expert on digital art but the shadows are in the right places, you've got a stationary light source and the shadows fit with it. The dragons are proportional. Something looks strange to me about the adult dragon's left foreleg. The claw/hand looks a little off to me. The wings look great, the tail fades off in the distance, the ridges along their necks look great. I'm curious about the baby dragon, the way his forelegs are, I can't tell what foot he has planted on the ground. It almost looks like he's reared up on his hind legs, sort of the way a raptor might be. Also, looking at the adult's back legs, the way the chest is turned toward the viewer, it seems to me as though the hind part of the body wouldn't curve around quite so far. Then again, the dragon could have a longer, serpentine body so maybe it does.
All in all, I think this is a gorgeous piece, the dragons look magnificent, I love their design. Absolutely beautiful.
